Franklin Clark

Owner

For over a decade, Franklin stood as a key component in growing a generational family business. From property development to property management, Franklin was at the forefront of the company’s advancement. In April of 2015, Franklin founded IV Companies, a construction and management business that exemplifies a legacy of knowledge and growth. IV Companies has developed and managed numerous commercial and residential properties within Fayetteville, North Carolina and continues to expand beyond its borders. IV Companies derived from Franklin’s passion for the transformative process behind real estate development. From concept to completion of single family, multifamily, and commercial construction, Franklin and his team have successfully built a variety of single family homes in multiple communities, renovated over 230 apartment units, developed a 60,000 square foot commercial office building, and built over 75,000 square feet of multifamily units. As the owner and founder of IV Companies, Franklin prioritizes a hands-on approach that encourages focus, efficiency, and intention.

Louis D Warren

Construction Project Manager

Louis is a third generation builder with over 40 years of residential and commercial experience. Louis worked, at a corporate level, at some of the largest builders in the US before joining IV Companies. He oversees all aspects of our construction projects and is involved in planning and managing the project from its earliest stages, including developing a budget and identifying potential contractors. He works with our architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. He estimates costs of labor and materials, negotiating contracts, communication with state, city or local government and other necessary associations. Directs project leads and ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to pre-established specifications.
